When I first started college, I thought I wanted to go to medical school. However, I quickly found myself drawn to student-run orgs, national competitions, and internships that put me on the path for a career in finance. With a budding interest in software and AI, I successfully framed my healthcare and biotech background to be a fit for tech sector investment banking groups, landing an investment banking internship and full-time analyst role in a top group. My experience would make me a good coach for college students trying to navigate finance recruiting and all of the steps along the way (networking, crafting a narrative, technical and behavioral prep, etc).
