About Sandy

I’m a seasoned executive, strategic advisor, and executive coach with 25+ years of global experience spanning investment banking, private equity–backed businesses, and public and high-growth companies. Most recently, I served as CFO of a national consumer brand, where I helped scale the business across 20+ markets, improve EBITDA by ~30%, strengthen working capital by 50%+, and partner closely with CEOs, boards, and investors through periods of rapid growth and complexity. My background includes investment banking and private equity–backed operating roles, with experience across CPG, manufacturing, agriculture, technology, and supply chain. As an immigrant and first-generation executive, my path wasn’t linear. I learned earlier that technical excellence alone doesn’t drive advancement, while clarity, judgment, executive presence, and strong communication do. Today, I coach clients at all stages, from students and early-career professionals to senior leaders and C-level -track executives, on career strategy, leadership development, executive communication, and navigating transitions. My style is practical, direct, and empathetic, grounded in real operating and deal experience. I hold an MBA degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a CPA destination.

Why do I coach?

Early mentorship from CEOs and CFOs played a critical role in shaping my career and how I operate at the executive level. Over time, I’ve seen capable professionals plateau not for lack of talent, but for lack of sponsorship, executive presence, or the ability to translate effort into impact that resonates with senior leadership and boards. Closing that gap and enabling individuals to reach their full potential is why I coach.
