About Sammy
I’m currently pursuing my MBA at Wharton and spending the summer in product marketing at Microsoft. I’m also a venture scout, constantly meeting early-stage founders and honing my eye for sharp ideas and compelling stories. I studied Media Studies and Psychology at Pomona College, where I developed a strong foundation in communication and narrative thinking. After graduating, I spent three years at Google across the U.S. and Asia, followed by a year freelancing with startups on product, brand, and GTM. My path hasn’t been linear—and that’s exactly why I love helping others find clarity in theirs.
Why do I coach?
When I applied to business school, I wasn’t just unsure what story to tell in my application—I was lost in my career and life. I questioned everything: what I wanted, whether I was on the right path, and if any of it made sense. What helped me most wasn’t just tactical advice. It was talking to someone who saw me clearly, asked the right questions, and helped me connect the dots. That’s why I coach. A good consultation isn’t just about crafting a polished app—it’s about making sense of your journey and stepping into it with clarity and confidence. I’m especially passionate about helping people find the story within seemingly unrelated experiences—because I’ve lived that nonlinear path myself. And as a longtime mentor and education creator with 60,000+ followers, I’ve seen the impact of showing up for someone at just the right moment. Coaching is my way of doing that, one person at a time.
