About Samira
https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Samira-Bahrainy?ev=hdr_xprf I’m Dr. Samira Bahrainy, a board-certified physician with specialized training in heart failure management. After completing a one-year fellowship in advanced heart failure, I’ve dedicated my career to improving patient outcomes through evidence-based care and compassionate communication. My journey in medicine has been shaped by a commitment to excellence and adaptability. Beyond clinical practice, I’m exploring opportunities to leverage my expertise in non-clinical roles where I can bridge the gap between research and real-world application. I believe in empowering patients and healthcare teams with knowledge, fostering trust, and delivering care that makes a meaningful difference. Whether in the hospital or in collaborative projects, my goal is to advance cardiovascular health and innovation.
Why do I coach?
Coaching matters to me because it transforms potential into progress. I believe everyone has untapped strengths and unique goals, but often, obstacles like self-doubt, unclear direction, or external pressures hold them back. Coaching creates a safe, structured space to uncover those strengths, clarify priorities, and build actionable strategies. For me, it’s not just about achieving milestones—it’s about empowering people to lead with confidence, resilience, and purpose. Seeing someone move from uncertainty to clarity and growth is why I do this work.
