This 3-hour package is designed for candidates who are early in the consulting recruiting journey and want a clear, low-stress plan before jumping into heavy case practice. We’ll cover how consulting recruiting and interviews actually work, what McKinsey interviewers are truly evaluating, and what to expect in the interview itself. Based on your background and skill set, we’ll build a tailored prep strategy that goes well beyond “do more cases,” helping you prioritize how and where to spend your time, including which events to go to, how to choose an office, how to connect with both recruiters and consultants (and which actually matters). We will connect at the beginning of the recruiting process to first do a resume review and develop a plan, and then connect during the process for a tailored session focused on interview prep and networking. The package includes a detailed MBB-focused resume review and a personalized interview prep plan. While the approach is tailored to McKinsey based on my experience there, the strategy is highly applicable to Bain and BCG as well. You’ll leave with a structured, targeted plan that reduces stress and improves your odds across MBB.
