Description

Most job searches don't fail because of one big problem. They fail because of one or two small ones, and nobody ever points them out. Maybe it's a resume that buries the achievements that actually matter. Maybe it's a networking approach that gets you conversations but never referrals. Maybe it's how you're answering the first interview question. Whatever it is, it's usually fixable, and it's usually invisible to you because you're the one doing it. That's what the Job Search Diagnosis is for. In this 30-minute, one-on-one live session, you'll walk a coach through your entire job search so far: what you've applied to, how you've been networking, what your interviews have looked like, where things have stalled. The coach isn't there to give you generic advice. They're there to find the specific one or two things that are quietly working against you and tell you exactly what they are. You'll leave the session knowing precisely what's been holding your search back, why it's been happening, and what to do differently starting now.

Ex-McKinsey Coach Helping Consultants Design Their Next Chapter

I work with consultants at moments of transition who want clarity and intention in deciding what comes next. Some clients are focused on making their experience within consulting feel more aligned and sustainable. Others are beginning to think seriously about what could come next and want space to evaluate their options thoughtfully. As a former McKinsey consultant, I bring a structured, practical coaching style grounded in real experience. After consulting, I transitioned into a non-traditional field I was genuinely excited about: food manufacturing. Yes, really. That move did not happen overnight. It took determination, conviction, and self-awareness to keep both a broad and a focused view of my options and to assess opportunities thoughtfully rather than jumping to the next obvious choice. Along the way, I had to navigate the pull of many compelling options, including private equity roles, business school, and the usual suspects. During that time, I created frameworks to help myself get clear on what I cared about, what I was good at, and what I wanted to begin building long term. I now use those same frameworks to help other consultants make intentional decisions about their own paths. My niche is helping consultants slow down enough to ask the right questions and turn the answers into clear, actionable next steps. In our work together, we often explore questions like: What am I actually good at? What parts of my work do I enjoy, and which parts drain me? What skills, environments, and problems energize me most? What do I want to begin building for myself over time? From there, the work becomes practical and action-oriented. I help clients build conviction around their interests and the momentum to make meaningful career changes. My work includes refining messaging, strengthening resumes, reviewing job search strategies, preparing for interviews, and positioning experience clearly. I believe strongly in the power of networking. Throughout our time working together and beyond I will make industry connections and stay on the lookout for opportunities that match my client’s interests and strengths. If you are a consultant looking for a thoughtful partner as you navigate what comes next, I would love to work together.
