I bring a combination of corporate luxury fashion experience and 15+ years of hands-on entrepreneurship. I began my career in brand management and merchandising with companies including Ralph Lauren and Natori, working closely with design teams to build collections, merchandise assortments, and position products for the market. I later founded and built my own handbag brand from concept through production, wholesale, and e-commerce. My collection has sold through Neiman Marcus and has been featured in Vogue and presented during New York Fashion Week. Having worked on both the corporate and founder sides of fashion, I can help clients think through brand positioning, product and collection development, merchandising, retail strategy, and the practical decisions involved in bringing a creative product to market. My approach is collaborative: rather than prescribing a formula, I help clients clarify what they are trying to build, evaluate their options, and make decisions that fit their product, customer, resources, and goals.
