This is end-to-end MBA admissions support, from figuring out how to tell your story to walking into your first interview knowing exactly how to show up. Here's what we'll work through together: 1. MBA Strategy & Story Development (3 sessions, 60 min each): We start with a deep dive into who you are, where you've been, and where you're headed. Together we'll clarify your positioning, lock in your school list, and build a narrative framework that ties your entire application together - resume, essays, and recommendations all pulling in the same direction. 2. Resume Review (unlimited rounds, typically 2–3): Round one focuses on structure and strategy: making sure the right things are front and center. Round two polishes for tone and impact. Turnaround is up to 3 business days per draft. 3. Essay Brainstorming & Editing (per school): Each school gets a dedicated 45-minute brainstorming session, followed by written feedback on up to 5 versions per essay via Google Docs (comments + tracked edits). I'll flag what's working, what's missing, and how to sharpen your voice - and give a final light proofread before you hit submit. 4. Video Essay & Short-Answer Support (1 round per school, dependent on school): Script review, tone feedback, and an optional 30-minute coaching call if you want to practice delivery before recording. 5. Letter of Recommendation Support (1 hour): We'll map out who to ask, what story each recommender should tell, and how to set them up for success with a clear outline. 6. Interview Preparation (2 sessions per school): One prep session to cover strategy and school-specific content, one mock interview to put it into practice. Written feedback is provided between the two sessions so you can actually act on it. 7. Waitlist Strategy & Post-Acceptance Guidance: If you land on a waitlist, we'll develop a strategy together - including a 45-minute call and up to 2 rounds of email template review. And once you have decisions in hand, a 45-minute school decision consultation helps you choose with clarity, plus unlimited email support through decision day.

Coaching delivered via live sessions and .
My process is designed around how busy professionals actually work: a mix of live calls for the thinking-heavy stuff and async feedback for the drafting and iteration. We'll use structured sessions at key moments: building your narrative, brainstorming essays, and preparing for interviews. Everything in between (resume drafts, essay revisions, short-answer feedback) happens asynchronously via Google Docs, with turnaround commitments so you always know when to expect a response. This rhythm works well because it respects your schedule without sacrificing depth. And when we do get on a call, we're not wasting time on things that don't need to be live.
Response Times: Async feedback (essays, resume, short answers) is returned within 3 business days per draft. I'll always let you know if something comes up that affects that timeline. Revision Rounds: Package limits on rounds (e.g., up to 5 essay versions per school) are designed to keep the process moving efficiently - in practice, most clients don't need all of them. If you're approaching a limit and genuinely need more, we can discuss. Scheduling: Live sessions are scheduled via a booking link. I ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Timeline: This package works best when we have adequate runway before your deadlines. I recommend reaching out at least 3 months before your target submission date. I take on a limited number of clients per cycle to protect quality and turnaround time. Scope: This package covers the schools listed at sign-up. Additional schools can be added at $2,000 each, subject to my availability. Refund Policy: Because of the time-intensive nature of this work, I don't offer refunds once coaching has begun. If you have questions about fit before committing, I encourage you to book an intro call first.

Wharton MBA & Former Admissions Fellow | Storytelling, Resumes, and Essays
I'm a Wharton MBA graduate with an international background across the US, Europe, and MENA region - and a non-linear career path that took me from investment management into tech startups before business school. That journey wasn't tidy. But it taught me exactly how to turn a complex, unconventional story into one that resonates with top admissions committees, and it's the foundation of everything I bring to my clients. My unique qualifications include: ✔ Wharton MBA graduate with leadership roles in selective student organizations and fellowships, giving me a current, first-hand understanding of what thriving (not just getting in) at an M7 program actually looks like ✔ Spent time on the interview-evaluation side of Wharton admissions, giving me a nuanced lens into how candidates can stand out in the interview ✔ Helped students get into top M7 schools and LBS & INSEAD in Europe ✔ Specialized experience with non-linear profiles, career pivots, international applicants, and candidates who feel their story doesn't fit the traditional MBA mold ✔ End-to-end support across school selection, narrative development, essays, recommendations, interview prep, and timeline management - with a structured, personalized calendar so nothing falls through the cracks ✔ I work with a deliberately small number of clients per cycle. That's not a sales line, it's how I do my best work. Every person I take on gets my full attention, honest feedback, and genuine investment in their outcome. I'm especially helpful to: ✔ Candidates with non-linear or complex career paths who need help making sense of their story ✔ Career-pivot applicants struggling to frame their "why MBA, why now" ✔ Candidates with good experience and scores that don't jump off the page, helping them turn "good" into stellar ✔ International applicants navigating the cultural translation of their experience for U.S. and European programs ✔ Early-career applicants (2–5 years out) who need help conveying maturity and potential alongside ambition
