About Robert
Rob Hailey — Professional Certified Coach Choosing a career path — or deciding whether to change one — is one of the biggest decisions you'll make, and it's hard to do well on your own. I'm Rob, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who works with college students and young professionals ready to get real clarity on where they're headed and how to get there. My coaching moves through three steps: first, we build a clear-eyed picture of your skills and talents. Next, we explore what genuinely interests you, widening your lens to opportunities you may not have considered. Finally, we sharpen your networking skills so you can put that clarity into action and open doors on your own. This is a great fit if you are: ● A first- or second-year college student trying to figure out a career path and the right course of study ● A third- or fourth-year student who has chosen a path but wants to sanity-check it and weigh new options ● An early-career professional exploring a pivot into something new ● An early-career professional looking to accelerate into leadership in your current field Here's what you'll walk away with: ● A concrete career plan, with a clear next step and the confidence to take it ● A personalized networking strategy — and, where it fits, direct introductions from my own professional network, built over 40+ years ● A sharper understanding of how others experience you, and how to use that to your advantage ● New opportunities you likely wouldn't have found on your own Not sure yet if coaching is the right move? Let's talk it through — book a free intro call and we'll spend 20-30 minutes on where you are, where you want to go, and whether I'm the right coach to help you get there. No pressure, just a real conversation.
Why do I coach?
I believe in people — in how much more they're capable of than they usually give themselves credit for. The world is changing faster than any of us can keep up with alone, and it takes people who are clear-eyed about their own strengths and genuinely willing to work together to find the next good idea or solution. Coaching is how I help people get there: it gives them room to explore and expand the skills and talents they'll need to be part of that — not just to keep up with a changing world, but to help shape it.
