Having spent my career in Product Operations at Google, Netflix, Meta, Instacart, and Stitch Fix, I've been on the hiring side of the table, so we work backward from what these companies actually screen for. Each session is hands-on and practice-heavy. We won't just talk about frameworks — we'll run live case reps, debrief in real time, and refine until your thinking is sharp and repeatable. I push you, but I meet you where you are: a lot of my work is helping people move past the self-doubt and "I don't belong here" feeling that holds strong candidates back. Between sessions you'll have async access for questions, feedback on your reps, and accountability. I believe fear can be a catalyst for freedom, and my goal is for you to walk into every interview composed, confident, and connected to your own answers.
