If you are a first year law student, I can help you connect with BigLaw firms that have 1L fellowship programs, craft your application, prep for interviews, and land a 1L fellowship for your 1L summer. I landed a 1L Fellowship for Advancing Diversity in the Profession at Pillsbury, Winthrop, Shaw, Pittman, an AmLaw 100 firm, for my 1L summer. I got the fellowship by networking with alumni working at Pillsbury and by understanding how to craft my application essays to illustrate how my work in undergrad supporting diverse communities made me qualified for the fellowship. As a 1L Fellow at Pillsbury, I was paid a BigLaw associate salary, received an additional $15,000, and was offered a 2L Summer Associate position with the firm and an additional $25,000.
