Starting a new role—especially in a new industry or environment—can feel like stepping into the unknown. Most people focus on getting the job. Very few are intentional about how they show up once they’re in it. That’s where I come in. I work with clients to help them transition into new roles with clarity, confidence, and a concrete plan for how to stand out early. Whether you're coming from a non-traditional background, shifting industries, or moving from a more informal environment into a structured one, we’ll focus on how you can quickly get up to speed and exceed expectations. Together, we’ll cover: How to navigate a new environment (especially if you’re coming from a very different context) What it actually means to be a high-performing analyst/operator in your role How to communicate clearly and professionally with managers and senior stakeholders How to build trust and credibility early How to prioritize what matters vs. what doesn’t How to go above and beyond in ways that are actually recognized My style is structured and practical—we’ll have live sessions, and I’ll also provide recap notes and frameworks so you have something tangible to reference as you ramp. Along the way, I’ve mentored founders, coached job seekers, and helped professionals navigate competitive hiring funnels across IB, PE, VC, and startups.
