About Pujan
I hold a BS in Finance and minor in the Hoeft Technology & Management Program from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and recently completed my MBA at the Kellogg School of Management, where I focused on entrepreneurship, marketing, and finance through both coursework and professional experiences (internships, etc.). I have background in both Management Consulting and Venture Capital. At Deloitte, I worked on M&A, org design, and change management, helping companies navigate complex transitions. In Venture, I focused on compensation strategy, data analytics, and process optimization, driving insights to empower growing teams. I'm happy to assist with both MBA admissions processes as well as Consulting recruiting.
Why do I coach?
I grew up the son of two Indian immigrants who instilled the value of education in me at an early age. Throughout my life, I have strived to learn more in order to carve out a better life for my family, friends, and myself. Now, I want to help create educational opportunity for others so they can reach their aspirations.

As a Growth Strategy Intern, I helped identify and evaluate opportunities to drive revenue growth. I conducted research, evaluated market trends (e.g., market size), and formed recommendations for increasing penetration with existing clients and attracting new clients.
