Description
This program is for consultants moving into an industry role but are struggling to shift from recommendation to ownership, from analysis to execution, and from client service to internal leadership. They enter industry with consulting reflexes - deck‑driven communication, over‑analysis, advisory posture, and a pace that doesn’t match enterprise realities. These patterns dilute authority, slow trust‑building, and create friction with internal stakeholders. This is not career coaching. It is a governance‑aligned identity transition that recalibrates how the leader thinks, communicates, and operates so they can lead inside industry with clarity, authority, and enterprise alignment. 1. Industry Leadership Identity Reset (Session 1) We clarify the leader’s new identity in industry ownership, accountability, enterprise alignment, and remove consulting reflexes that dilute authority. 2. Governance‑Aligned Decision Architecture We rebuild how the leader makes decisions so they operate with enterprise clarity rather than consulting analysis loops. 3. Communication Altitude Shift We correct consulting‑style communication (too detailed, too advisory, too deck‑driven) and replace it with senior‑grade industry communication, concise, decisive, and aligned with organisational priorities. 4. Stakeholder Dynamics in Industry We map the political and structural realities of internal leadership - influence pathways, power centres, and cross‑functional expectations so the leader can navigate without slipping into consultant posture. 5. Ownership vs Advisory Behaviour Correction We identify where the leader is still behaving like a consultant (recommending, analyzing, over‑framing) and shift them into ownership behaviour (deciding, leading, executing). 6. Enterprise Pace & Execution Calibration We correct the mismatch between consulting pace and industry pace — stabilizing expectations, communication rhythm, and execution discipline. 7. Industry Transition Plan (Final Session) A concise, actionable plan outlining the behavioural, communication, and decision shifts required to operate at enterprise altitude. This is not career coaching. This is structural identity transition for consultants entering industry.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
My style is structured, direct, and grounded in governance psychology. I work with leaders who require clarity, altitude, and strategic correction - not motivational coaching or broad advice. Sessions are: 1) Architectural - focused on systems, power dynamics, and influence pathways. 2) Non‑performative - no HR framing, no emotional processing. 3) Senior‑grade - aligned with executive expectations and governance realities. 4) Outcome‑driven - every session produces a shift in clarity, authority, or political stability. Clients describe my work as: stabilising clarifying strategically corrective immediately actionable This programme is built for leaders transitioning into industry who need governance‑aligned correction to operate at enterprise altitude.

Enterprise Transformation Coach for Consultants & Advisory Leaders
I’m qualified to coach in Management Consulting because I’ve spent my career advising global banks, consulting firms, and complex enterprises on leadership, organizational dynamics, and large‑scale transformation. My background spans Big 4, boutique, and research‑based consulting environments where I architected organisational and workforce transformation programs across financial services, health, energy, and consumer markets - work that mirrors the complexity, pace, and client focus required in consulting. Since 2007, I’ve advised and coached more than 500 senior HR, L&D, and business leaders on talent strategy, workforce risk, leadership succession, and assessment product strategy. I’ve partnered closely with consulting teams to design human‑centric solutions, build transformation roadmaps, and navigate cross‑functional change - supporting consultants as they solve ambiguous problems, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact under pressure. As graduate faculty at Cambridge, I specialized in MEd learning and developed behavioural‑science‑driven training solutions grounded in adult learning and enterprise capability building — the same foundations that underpin effective consulting and advisory work. I bring a structured, governance‑aligned approach that helps consultants strengthen judgment, anticipate stakeholder dynamics, and operate at the altitude required for advisory roles. My coaching supports consultants and leaders in managing ambiguity, aligning cross‑functional teams, and delivering impact in environments where expectations shift quickly and precision matters.
