Why do I coach?
I coach because I’ve seen first hand how much clarity and trajectory can change when you have the right guidance at the right moment. My own path wasn’t linear. I benefited enormously from mentors, coaches, and experienced professionals who helped me understand my strengths, recognize my blind spots, and make better decisions at key inflection points. Without that outside perspective, I would not be where I am today. I look forward to paying forward the guidance I received and helping you make confident, well-informed decisions about your next step.
