What sets me apart is that my path into finance was far from conventional. I’m a first-generation American (Polish is my native language) and the first in my family to attend college. I built my career without a built-in network or traditional entry points, which gives me a distinct perspective on the investing world. That lived experience shapes my coaching style: direct, practical, and focused on helping you overcome challenges, stand out authentically, and achieve your goals. I have limited availability, as I’m currently a VP in private equity and actively leading multiple deals and portfolio company value-creation initiatives. This means I work closely with a small number of clients at a time, ensuring focused, high-impact guidance.
