I bring a unique blend of HR leadership, certified coaching training, and MBA admissions experience to my career development work. Before launching my coaching practice, I served as Head of People at a Series C Fintech, building on a career in Leadership & Talent Development, primarily for high potentials from early career all the way up to C-Suite and founders. I’ve also worked on the MBA admissions committee at NYU Stern, giving me insight into how career stories are evaluated from the other side of the table. I hold an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential and completed training through the Center for Executive Coaching. My approach is practical and human. I work with professionals who are navigating career inflection points - from feeling stuck or misaligned in their current role to figuring out how to pivot into something that actually fits. Together, we cut through the noise, clarify what you want, and build a plan that’s grounded in your values, strengths, and real-world possibilities.
