About Omika
Hi, I’m Omika! I'm a mission-driven leader with 10+ years of experience across tech, consulting, startups, and the nonprofit sector. I’ve successfully navigated multiple career and geographic pivots, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same with clarity and confidence. As a Dartmouth Tuck MBA admissions interviewer, I’ve conducted over 50 interviews, gaining a deep understanding of what top programs look for. As a seasoned communications coach, I’ve worked with professionals to uncover their unique stories, distill powerful insights, and present themselves authentically and compellingly — whether for business school, career transitions, or thought leadership.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I believe everyone has a unique set of gifts that can shape their personal and professional lives in profound ways. Unfortunately, years of social conditioning often teach us to silence our intuition and individuality. My mission as a coach is to help you reconnect with your highest self, rediscover your authentic strengths, and take aligned action toward your goals and dreams. Alongside my professional background, I am also a certified yoga and meditation teacher, holistic life coach, and Reiki energy healing practitioner. I’m passionate about blending Western and Eastern wisdom to support you in thriving — not just surviving — whether in business school, your career, or personal life.
