Work Experience

Founder and Principal Advisor
Conti Trust Strategies
January 2025 - Present
After nearly a decade in trust & safety, I started my own consultancy to help tech companies build safer, more resilient platforms without sacrificing user experience or business growth. I specialize in risk assessment, product strategy, and internal alignment around safety priorities, with a particular focus on social platforms and AI. In addition to my work with tech clients, I also conduct research on safety issues for nonprofits, drawing on my academic background. My goal is to bring together deep research expertise and hands-on industry experience to offer thoughtful, pragmatic guidance for navigating today’s online safety challenges.
