About Noy

I’m a regular guy who’s been fortunate to hit some big milestones by being thoughtful, strategic, and resourceful. As an international student, I came to the US for undergrad and began my career in management consulting. I didn’t have a perfect background, but I learned how to position my experiences, tell a compelling story, and make the most of what I had. That approach helped me get into MIT Sloan and later pivot into product management. Getting into a top MBA program—or landing a competitive job—isn’t about being a superhero. It’s about strategy, storytelling, and knowing how to play the game. I’m here to help you do just that—and make your journey a little easier. ;)

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know what it’s like to wonder if you’re “good enough”—for a top MBA, a competitive job, or a major career pivot. I didn’t have a perfect GPA or a flashy resume, but by being intentional and savvy, I got into MIT Sloan, landed a consulting job, and later broke into product management in tech. Along the way, I leaned on mentors who believed in me and helped me see my own potential. Now I want to pay that forward. I coach to help others find their voice, craft their story, and realize that a top MBA or career is within reach, even if they don’t check every box.
