Nina has helped clients get into these companies:
As the lead of the Growth Equity Investing Sleeve for Goldman Sachs’ One Million Black Women Initiative, I encountered dozens of founders and fund managers with scale more in line with venture than growth. This experience expanded my technical ability and network to understand the nuances of deal sourcing, execution and portfolio management for early stage companies through the lens of both returns and impact.

About Nina
Nina Meyers is a seasoned investor, operator, and strategic advisor with deep experience at the intersection of finance, culture, and impact. A former Goldman Sachs growth equity investor and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, Nina has built and managed multimillion-dollar portfolios supporting diverse founders, high-net-worth individuals, athletes, and entertainers. Today, as CEO of her own advisory firm, she helps clients raise capital, scale sustainably, and navigate complex strategic decisions with clarity and confidence. Beyond the numbers, Nina leads with empathy. She’s passionate about helping women and underrepresented leaders step into spaces of power without losing authenticity or balance. Her coaching style blends strategic rigor with emotional intelligence—meeting each client where they are, and guiding them toward where they’re meant to be.
Why do I coach?
I coach to provide the support and compassionate ear that I lacked in my entry level years in finance. As a Black woman, working in any intense corporate environment has the potential to breed thought patterns and performance patterns that are less than exceptional. As I coach, I strive to pull my clients out of the emotional situations that could cloud their performance and ground them in reality. By blending the behavioral and then technical expertise in a balanced way, you curate a more authentic experience for your early years in corporate America and coping mechanisms when the going gets tough. You are not alone on this journey and you deserve to feel the presence of someone who has been in your footsteps.
