About Nick
I discovered AI out of necessity, trying to finish a project and realizing ChatGPT could think with me. That moment turned into a mission: helping others see AI not as a shortcut, but as a true collaborator. With over 15 years in learning design and AI enablement, I’ve built Copilot and GPT adoption programs for global teams — from Microsoft 365 rollouts to enterprise training in six languages. What drives me most is seeing people shift how they think: when they stop doubting AI and start designing with it. My goal is simple. Every client I work with leaves having gained a new collaborator: AI itself.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I remember what it felt like to hit a wall, staring at a project I couldn’t finish and realizing AI could think with me. That moment reshaped how I approach both learning and problem-solving. In our work together, we’ll build that same experience for you — where AI stops feeling like a tool and starts becoming a bionic extension of how you think, create, and decide.
