This is a structured coaching engagement built around one goal: giving you an honest, outside assessment of your promotion readiness and a clear plan to get there. Unlike open-ended coaching, every interaction has a specific purpose and you’ll leave with something concrete in hand. We start with a deep-dive audit conversation where I’ll ask you the questions your manager probably isn’t asking — about your performance, visibility, relationships, reputation, and how you’re showing up relative to the level above you. Before we meet, you’ll complete a short pre-work questionnaire so we hit the ground running. From there, I’ll prepare a written Promotion Readiness Scorecard evaluating you across five dimensions: Performance, Visibility, Leadership Presence, Sponsorship, and Business Impact. This is the same framework I use as a director when assessing whether someone on my team is ready to move up — not a generic rubric, but a real lens from inside a Fortune 500 organization. We’ll then walk through your scorecard together with full candor — your strengths, your gaps, and the specific things that may be holding you back, including the things that rarely get said out loud in corporate settings. We close by turning that scorecard into a prioritized action plan with concrete steps to close your most important gaps, build visibility with the right people, and position you to have the promotion conversation confidently. You’ll also have access to async messaging support throughout the engagement for quick questions and gut-checks as things come up.

Career Strategy for High Performers | Pivots & Promotions | Kellogg MBA
I’ve spent more than a decade building and leading within a Fortune 500 organization, progressing from an entry-level role to Head of Logistics Excellence at Kraft Heinz, where I currently lead a team of 14. Along the way, I’ve mentored professionals across functions on promotion readiness, internal mobility, and strategic career pivots. I’ve seen firsthand how performance, perception, and organizational dynamics influence advancement decisions. In addition to my operating experience, I earned my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, strengthening my foundation in leadership, talent development, and career strategy. I combine real-world corporate leadership experience with structured strategic thinking to help high-performing professionals take intentional control of their career trajectory.
