The New Manager 90-Day Accelerator is a structured coaching engagement designed to guide you through your first critical months as a people manager. Over the course of 8–10 weeks, you will participate in six 60-minute 1:1 coaching sessions, each aligned to a defined phase of your leadership transition. Before our first session, you will complete a brief intake questionnaire outlining your team structure, current challenges, stakeholder landscape, and performance expectations. This allows us to tailor the program to your specific environment rather than taking a generic approach. During the program, we will work through: 1. A Personalized 90-Day Leadership Plan Together we will define what success looks like in your first 90 days and build a clear action roadmap for Months 1, 2, and 3. This includes identifying early credibility wins, priority relationships, and performance expectations. 2. Team Alignment & Operating System Design You will build a structured approach to running your team, including: - 1:1 meeting framework and agenda - Team meeting cadence and goal alignment - Delegation clarity and ownership mapping - Performance expectation setting 3. Difficult Conversation & Feedback Coaching We will workshop real upcoming conversations so you leave sessions with specific language and structure for: - Giving performance feedback - Resetting expectations - Addressing underperformance - Managing former peers 4. Stakeholder & Upward Management Strategy You will develop a clear plan for managing up, aligning with senior leaders, and communicating progress effectively. 5. Practical Tools & Templates You will receive structured tools and worksheets to implement immediately, including: - First 1:1 conversation template - Delegation planning worksheet - Feedback conversation framework - 90-day self-assessment guide 6. Between-Session Support You will have email access for brief, time-sensitive questions between sessions. This ensures you can get guidance on real situations without waiting until the next call. Each session concludes with defined action steps so you are consistently applying what we discuss. The program is designed to produce visible progress—not just insight.
