MBB Associate Coaching Undergraduates Breaking into Management Consulting
Hello, my name is Nicholas Shinghal, a 4th year at UCLA and an incoming Associate at BCG in San Francisco. Throughout my time at UCLA, I have refined my focus in management consulting, learned to build key skills that are in demand within the industry, and successfully recruited for multiple MBB firms. From this experience, I have gained several key takeaways about recruiting for MBB and Big 4 consulting from undergrad, especially from state and nontarget schools, that I have shared with my peers for the past 2 years through coaching sessions, seminars, and speaker panels.
