About Nicholas
Hello! I am an incoming associate at BCG in San Francisco and a recent graduate from UCLA. Throughout my time in college, I worked across numerous finance roles alongside managing diverse campus commitments, and these experiences have offered me perspective on how to break into MBB consulting from a public university. I have helped clients from UCLA, UMichigan, and UT Austin from freshman through senior year navigate their professional journeys, get involved with campus commitments, and land internships to explore diverse industries with the goal of recruiting for MBB consulting during their third of fourth year. I am eager to share my insights, teach you key skills that helped me and my clients in the industry, and help you break into consulting at the highest level. Please schedule a free intro call so I can learn how to best support you and your professional goals!
Why do I coach?
I coach because I love seeing my mentees achieve all they set out for, and being even a small part of their journey means a lot to me. From celebrating getting their job offers from firms like McKinsey and Deloitte to staying up with them to submit job applications at 2am to helping them navigate new and unfamiliar corporate environments, being with my clients every step of the way is incredibly valuable for me. I have also benefitted greatly from a group of tremendous mentors who taught me much of what I know and were crucial in my success in management consulting, and I am eager to pass on their knowledge as well as what I have learned in my own journey. I recognize that coaching is fundamentally about the mentee and each person needs unique support that fits their own learning style, so I am here to help in whatever capacity will make the most difference for you.
