Description
Your organization may already have a collection of AI tools, pilots, ideas, and requests from different teams. What is usually missing is a shared answer to a few basic questions: What are we trying to change? Where could AI be useful? What should we do first? What will people need in order to use it well? We will build an AI strategy around your organization as it exists today. I will learn how the work gets done, talk with the people closest to it, and help you choose a small number of priorities. You will leave with a plan your leadership team can discuss, fund, and begin using. - A leadership kickoff to define the business questions, scope, and constraints - Review of the AI work, tools, research, and plans you already have - Up to five interviews with leaders or employees who understand the work - One working session to map the strongest opportunities and the people or process changes attached to them - One prioritization session to decide what to pursue now, later, or not at all - A final leadership readout and decision session

I spent my career working at the intersection of people, data, and technology. I have led people analytics and talent technology work inside companies, advised leaders on AI transformation, and built AI products and workflows myself. That combination means I will ask about the technology, the work, and the people expected to change how they operate. I start with the work your people do, the systems they use, the decisions leaders need to make, and the constraints that are unlikely to disappear. A generic maturity score would miss most of that context.
- The package covers one organization or one defined business unit. - It includes up to five stakeholder interviews and eight live hours over six weeks. - It does not include software implementation, vendor procurement, legal or security review, a company-wide training program, or ongoing change management. - Additional workshops, prototypes, or implementation work require a separate scope.

Your Team Needs Hands-On Practice With AI. Let's Build Something Real.
The goal of an AI workshop or hackathon should not be to spend a day talking about AI. People should use it on work they recognize, build something, and leave with a better sense of what is possible. I recently worked with an operations team that built a support email agent in three days. It triaged customer emails and routed the work into Asana. They left with something they could use, but more importantly, they left thinking differently about what else they could build. I am a solutions partner for Lovable, Lindy AI, and Emergent. Those tools make it possible for non-technical teams to go from an idea to working software during the session.
