Description
You probably have something in your work that is more complicated or repetitive than it needs to be. Maybe information keeps moving between the same three places. Maybe a task depends too much on your memory. Maybe you have an idea for a tool but no idea where to begin. Bring me the real problem. We will figure out whether it needs an automation, an agent, a small app, or something much simpler. Then we will build the first working version together. You do not need to be technical, and I will not disappear for three weeks and return with a black box. You will be involved in the build, understand the decisions we make, and know how to keep using what we create. - A kickoff session to understand the problem, the people involved, and what a useful result would look like - A simple map of the current workflow and where AI may or may not help - Tool selection based on the problem and the client's existing setup - Live working sessions where we build and test the first version together - A final handoff session to review how it works, what could break, and what to do next

I learned to code more than a decade ago and spent most of my career in analytics. For the last two years, I have been doing AI transformation and development work for organizations and small businesses. I have built recruiting systems, short-term-rental workflows, support agents, direct-booking tools, and my own team of AI agents. I care whether something works for the person who has to use it. I will tell you when AI is the wrong answer. If we build something, you will understand what it is doing and where a person still needs to be involved.
- The package covers one clearly defined problem and one working first version. - Large production applications, enterprise integrations, security reviews, ongoing maintenance, and substantial custom development require a separate scope. - You are responsible for providing access to the required tools and confirming that the data used is appropriate for those tools. - The five live hours must be used within four weeks.

I learned to code more than a decade ago and spent most of my career in analytics. Over the last two years, my work has shifted toward AI transformation and hands-on development. I now help organizations and small businesses figure out where AI could be useful, then build the tools to prove it. I have built my own software, automations, and agents using tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, n8n, Devin, and Amp. My recent work includes a recruiting system that finds, reviews, publishes, and tracks jobs; a direct-booking and turnover system for a short-term-rental business; and agents that handle recurring work while sending higher-stakes decisions to a person. I am also a solutions partner for Lovable, Lindy AI, and Emergent. You do not need a technical background or a perfectly formed idea.
