Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how much of a difference the right guidance can make at the right time. Coming into consulting from a non-traditional background that straddled economics, computer science, and a mix of product, engineering, and client-facing roles, I had to piece together a lot of the recruiting process on my own. I want to make that path clearer for others, especially candidates who bring diverse experiences and aren't sure how to translate them into a compelling consulting story. Whether it's casing, fit interviews, or figuring out how to position a unique background, I enjoy helping people build confidence and land the offer.
