About Nasser
Nasser Khan, MD, has spent his career at the intersection of medicine and healthcare operations. He's held senior leadership roles at DaVita, Shields Health Solutions, and Acadia Healthcare, where he served as COO. That background — clinical training paired with real operational experience — shapes how he coaches: practical, grounded, and focused on what actually moves the needle for healthcare leaders and clinicians.
Why do I coach?
Nasser started coaching because he kept having the same conversation — with physicians frustrated by the business side of healthcare, and with operators who felt cut off from the clinical mission that drew them to the field in the first place. He's lived in both worlds, and he knows how lonely it can feel to sit at that intersection without a clear map. Coaching, for him, is about being the sounding board he wished he'd had earlier in his career.
