About Nach
I'm a Senior PM with 7 years of progressive experience across startups, big tech, and growth companies. My experience spans going from 0 to 1, scaling, and optimizing mature products. I started non-technical, but launched a highly technical educational program at University of Michigan. After a few years in school, I got recruited by an Engineering alumnus to join a fintech startup, where I worked with C-Suite executives on an industry-leading platform. After we sold the company, I spent a year at Google's world-renowned product marketing program (APMM) before returning to product management at Capital One. I spent three years modernizing payments at Capital One then joined Carvana as a Senior PM.
Why do I coach?
I've benefitted from coaches and mentors to overcome the most common challenges in any PM career - getting offers as a nontech PM, positioning myself in new domains, collaborating effectively with senior execs, rebounding from setbacks, and earning valuable promotions. Sharing this knowledge with motivated learnings is exciting for me, especially as I continue my own growth.
