Package Description:
This package is for professionals who want to build their first real AI automation and understand how to keep it running and not just get it working once. We start by mapping your actual use case. Not a generic tutorial project but something you genuinely need to automate in your work. Then we build it live together across our sessions, and I make sure you understand every decision along the way so you can maintain and adjust it yourself. You will leave this package with a working AI workflow connected to your real tools, an understanding of how to troubleshoot when something breaks, and a clear picture of what to build next. I have spent 16 years implementing automation inside large organisations including KfW and Deutsche Telekom. I am an official n8n Expert Partner and Ambassador and an Anthropic Ambassador. I do not teach theory. We build things that run.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
Sessions are live, hands-on, and screen-share based. We build and look at things together rather than me presenting at you. I give direct feedback and if something is not the right approach for your situation I will tell you why and what I would do instead. Between sessions I am reachable for quick questions so you do not get stuck waiting for the next scheduled call. I send a short follow-up note after each session summarising what we did and what to try before next time.
Sessions are scheduled in advance and I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. I respond to messages within one business day during the week. Each session ends with a short written summary of what we covered and clear next steps. You will always know what to work on before the next call. All workflows, automations, and documentation we build together are yours excluding the existing IP's to keep and use however you need.
