About Milo
I’m an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School, with experience at BCG, AB InBev, and Samsung, and a degree from Yale University. If you had told me ten years ago that this would be my bio, I wouldn’t have believed it. I first discovered consulting in high school while doing a project on future careers—I literally Googled “jobs that pay well, allow you to travel, and help you learn a ton.” I had never met a consultant; I come from a low-income, first-generation immigrant family. But I wrote about BCG in my presentation because its logo was green, my favorite color. Fast forward to 2025, and I’m grateful that Google led me here. Over the past six years, I’ve helped dozens of aspiring consultants learn about the industry, prepare for case interviews, and navigate the challenges of the job. I know what top firms look for at both the undergraduate and MBA levels and can help you succeed—wherever you are in your recruiting journey. Drop me a line and let me know how I can help you unlock your full potential and get you those offers!
Why do I coach?
I’ve always loved coaching and mentoring others—it’s truly where I find purpose. Before classes start, every incoming HBS MBA takes a career self-assessment that measures interests across categories like “Quantitative Analysis” and “Influencing Others.” My top score, in the 99th percentile, was “Coaching and Mentoring.” That result didn’t surprise me—it affirmed what I already knew: nothing makes me feel more fulfilled than helping others grow and reach their potential. I joined Leland to help aspiring consultants reach their goals through a holistic, personal, and results-driven approach.
