Megan Mariani

I bring 20 years of FP&A experience, including leadership roles across multiple divisions and brands at Gap Inc., along with consulting work for clients in the restaurant industry. My expertise spans annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, close processes, and complex financial modeling across a wide range of business initiatives. I have developed financial models and strategic analyses for long-range planning, business cases, marketing and cross-channel promotions, customer lifetime value, order economics, e-commerce, real estate negotiations, market planning, and large-scale RFPs and contract renewals. Throughout my finance career, I have led and mentored high-performing teams, coaching direct reports on FP&A fundamentals, cross-functional partnership, and professional development. In addition, I completed the coach training program at the Co-Active Training Institute, further strengthening my passion and ability to support others in achieving their personal and professional goals.
