Former associate and staffer at Greenhill & Co, a boutique advisory firm. I performed functions across advisory workstreams, including evaluating public market comparable companies, precedent transactions, performing valuation models, and advising on merger mechanics and considerations. I also worked across equity fundraising and restructuring transactions in the tech sector. I assisted with recruiting at Greenhill across all junior and mid levels, and led college and junior level recruiting for the SF office.
