Questions?
You can start chatting with Mary before you get started.
I help ambitious women build successful careers without losing sight of what matters most to them. I’ve sat with many of the same questions my coachees face: Should I take the opportunity? Can I ask for more? What am I optimizing for? And what am I willing to trade off? Some of the real-world experiences I’ve navigated (and can bring to our sessions) include: • Landing a Chief Transformation Officer offer while eight months pregnant and negotiating a parental leave package • Ultimately declining that opportunity after carefully weighing career growth against the realities of extensive travel and family priorities • Returning from parental leave, moving into a new internal role, and negotiating a remote work arrangement • Proactively negotiating a separation package during organizational uncertainty, ultimately securing a stronger financial outcome than remaining in role My coaching style is collaborative, candid, and grounded in real-world experience, as both a hiring manager and through my own career decisions. I will help you get clear on what matters most, work through tradeoffs, prepare for important conversations, and move forward with confidence. I’d be honored to support you wherever you are in your career journey.
