Why do I coach?

I coach because I’ve seen firsthand how the right strategy can change the trajectory of someone’s career. As someone who navigated the MBA process and consulting recruiting from an underdog position, I learned quickly that success isn’t only about your background, it’s about clarity, storytelling, and preparation. I'm passionate about helping others access opportunities that can redefine their careers and lives. I’m driven by the belief that talent is universal, but access is not, and if I can help someone unlock their potential and compete at the highest level, that’s meaningful work.
