I graduated from Duke University and have spent my post-undergrad career as an Associate at BDT & MSD Partners, working across private equity investing and M&A advisory. Earlier in my career, I worked at Vista Equity Partners in their Private Equity group and received a full-time offer. Over the years, I’ve successfully participated in recruiting processes with offers across investment banking, private equity, growth equity, and a range of other buy-side roles. At BDT & MSD Partners, I’ve also seen recruiting from the other side: screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
