I'm Marisa — a Chicago Booth MBA, former McKinsey consultant, and I held simultaneous offers from McKinsey, Bain, and BCG. After nearly three years at McKinsey, I've left to build my own consulting firm, and with that transition comes something I've been wanting to do for a while: coach serious candidates through the MBB recruiting process. I spent my time at Booth as co-chair of the consulting club, creating case drills, leading prep sessions, and helping classmates prepare their personal experience narratives. Coaching isn't new to me — and now I get to do it at scale.
