Welcome to my profile! I graduated from Bocconi University and began my finance career in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch before moving into private equity at CPP Investments. Why do I coach?
As a first-generation university graduate who built a career in finance, I understand the challenges of breaking into highly competitive industries without access to established networks, mentorship, or insider guidance. Having experienced that journey myself, I’m passionate about helping others navigate the path with greater clarity and confidence, from developing the right skills and building a strong personal brand, to accessing opportunities that may initially feel out of reach.
