Associate Director of MBA Admissions

Responsible for recruiting, admission and enrollment processes for domestic and international graduate programs. - Developing and improving CRM communication plans - Set recruitment and enrollment goals and define guidelines and criteria for admission to graduate business programs (increased enrollment by 12% per year since 2015) - Manage all departmental international and national travel and event participation to promote all graduate business programs including recruiting schedules for MBA Forums, College Graduate School Days, Information Sessions and Campus Visits. - Develop and promote new instructional programs (successfully launched 3 Master’s programs). - Implemented a new common application system (Business CAS) and a new online candidate interviewing platform (KIRA) which reduced application processing time from 8 to 4 weeks. - Assess candidates by evaluating a variety of application criteria including transcripts, foreign credential evaluations, recommendation letters, essays, extracurricular activities, leadership roles, career progression, academic performance, and interviews. - Organize and promote bi-weekly info sessions on and off campus (gathering from 50 to 100 attendees). - Make admission decisions as well as scholarships and graduate assistantship awards in coordination of academic units and assist with financial aid applications. - Offer job placement counseling and coaching to MBA graduates. - Oversee the supervision and evaluation of personnel, which includes hiring, training, and problem resolution. (leads a team of 8 professional staff members)
