About Liza
I’m a second-time immigrant, a founder, and a mom to two little girls — and I’m passionate about helping the next generation of entrepreneurs and immigrants unlock the opportunities the U.S. has to offer. With a technical background in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, I spent nearly a decade at Microsoft, growing from engineer to product leader on billion-dollar businesses. Since then, I’ve built and scaled a global marketplace from the ground up, raised venture funding, and navigated the highs and lows of entrepreneurship firsthand. Now I want to share that hard-earned experience — from breaking into tech as an immigrant, to leading product at scale, to fundraising and building a company — so you can accelerate your journey, avoid common pitfalls, and become the best version of yourself.
