About Lisa

With 17 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, and skill assessment experience, I bring my expertise to the career coaching world. My recruiting background spans from working at small boutique firms to the largest global bank in the world; this expansive experience has given me the opportunity to work with talent at all levels across all industries and help hire into various types of roles. During my talent acquisition career I have coached and recruited thousands of candidates, helping them grow and take their next step by coaching them through their process. Something I've always loved about working with talent and the recruitment process, is helping individuals reach their potential and giving them guidance through their journey and showing them a view from the recruitment lens. I've seen the process of talent acquisition from the hiring and recruitment side but always understood the other side of the table and how important a job search is to a candidate, because we were all candidates at one point.

Coaching is what everyone needs to move forward. Everyone needs guidance and direction to achieve their goals and potential. I enjoy helping people understand the recruitment process, how to navigate it and how to sell themselves.
