This primes your professional narrative and will include an insights overview from your coach. Includes Robust DISC profile with 40 page PDF. Session 2: Shift into new professional narrative, creating a transition that bridges transferable experiences and aligns towards new growth and best fit options. In that, Map values and priorities to core job options, helping to clarify right fits and what is most meaningful focus areas at this stage of your career. Uncover core gaps within skillset, confidence gaps, and understand possible outcomes with commitments required to overcome blocks. Session 3: Networking with confidence. Using a laser focused approach, we map your network in a way that allows you to comfortably reach out with purpose and intention. We will also explore the professional branding tactics to ensure alignment for narrative: LinkedIn, Resume & Networking effectively with purpose.
