Why do I coach?

I coach because I have seen firsthand the impact that mentorship and community can have on someone's growth and career trajectory. Early in my career, mentors played a pivotal role in helping me navigate the challenges of venture capital and in understanding the industry. At every stage, from my internships in growth-stage startups to my work with leading firms, I've had people who took the time to guide me, offer perspective, and challenge me to think critically. This support was invaluable as I grew into my role and developed my own investment approach. Now, I coach to give back in the same way. I want to help others, especially those who may not have traditional access to networks in VC, to navigate and succeed in this complex field. It’s rewarding to see others grow in confidence and skill, and to know I’ve played a small part in their journey.
