Ex-KKR Principal helping you rise in PE
I spent over a decade in private equity and investment banking — most recently as a Principal at KKR — and now coach people navigating the same path. I started my career in investment banking at Perella Weinberg Partners, then private equity at PSP Investments, PAI Partners, and KKR in London. I've seen the industry from both GP and LP sides, across large-cap and growth investing, at top US and European funds — and I broke in the hard way myself, as an outsider to the typical mold, so I know the unwritten rules as someone who had to learn them. I've since also worked as a start-up CFO and advisor, and hold an MSc in Financial Economics from Oxford. I trained in coaching through ITS's Mastering the Coach Approach and have coached clients across finance, consulting, start-ups, and large tech. Whether you're breaking into PE, navigating promotion and the politics of the path, or considering a transition better aligned with your values and priorities, I'd be glad to help.
