Description
Emotional intelligence skills are critical for building relationships, managing teams, resolving conflict, solving problems, leading effectively, and building resilience. This coaching package starts off with the emotional intelligence (EQ) assessment EQi 2.0. Upon completion of the assessment, you’ll receive a comprehensive report and one-hour debrief describing how your EQ competencies work together for effectiveness. Following the debrief session, you’ll receive an additional coaching session targeting the emotional intelligence skill you’d most like to develop for future success.
