Package Description:
Debrief and deep dive into your results from a leadership assessment tool to learn more about your natural leadership style and approach! This includes two sessions - one 30 minute session, one 90 minute session. In the 30 minute session, we will start by discussing what you're seeking to learn about yourself and the various assessment tools available. Tools such as CliftonStrengths and the iEQ9 Enneagram are common ones that we can leverage. You will then separately register for and take the assessment decided upon (assessment costs are separate from the package fee). After you obtain the results from your assessment, we will spend 90 minutes together debriefing your results to help you learn more about your leadership style, natural tendencies and potential blind spots and how you can apply them in your work and life. It's a fabulous foundation prior to any coaching engagement or when starting a new role or chapter in your career!
