About Kerin

Kerin is an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in driving business growth initiatives and developing inclusive product experiences. As Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Multicultural Strategy at Comcast Cable, he spearheads initiatives that enhance the entertainment experience for Hispanic and Multicultural customers across Xfinity and Xumo platforms. This includes developing content strategies and cultivating strong internal and external marketing partnerships. Prior to joining Comcast, Kerin gained valuable experience with international supply chain, sales operations, and marketing roles at Dow Chemical, where he successfully executed business development projects in North America, South America, and Europe. A dedicated member of the greater Philadelphia community, Kerin actively seeks opportunities to give back. He has mentored students through Big Brothers Big Sisters, served on the Board of Photography Without Borders, a non-profit that supports young artists, and as a supervisor for a Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School work-study program students. Kerin earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from La Salle University, an MBA from Holy Family University, and a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. He has also participated in nationally recognized leadership programs, including the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) Leadership Pipeline Program, the SMU Cox School of Business Latino Leadership Initiative Rising Latino Leaders Program, the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) Leadership Seminar, and DiverseForce of Boards leadership and board training.
