As a certified Executive Coach with over 30 years of experience in coaching leaders in diverse businesses and at all organizational levels including C-Suite, I will leverage my expertise and provide a comprehensive and personalized service that will support and guide executives and leaders in achieving their professional goals, enhancing their leadership skills, and maximizing their potential. While each consulting relationship is unique and tailored to meet the specific business and personal needs and challenges of each client, my kick-start coaching relationship is perfect for Executives who have the support and tools needed to advance and just want an outside perspective in setting up a plan for change. This is an accelerated program that does not include any assessments or self-awareness tools and is perfect for Executives who may already have this information at hand. This 2-3 month program provides: • Confidential, facilitated self-development opportunity to support executives in moving from good to great • Individualized, objective, one-on-one relationship • Identification and analysis of leadership capabilities and impact • Understanding of how to maximize strengths and develop areas of opportunity • Concrete action plans for achieving desired results • Increased leadership effectiveness and productivity
What you'll get from this package
. Goal Setting: Working closely with you to understand your aspirations, challenges, and areas for development. Together, we will set clear and achievable goals that align with your professional objectives.
Action Planning: Leveraging data you already have, we will collaboratively develop an action plan together. This plan will outline specific steps, strategies, and timelines to facilitate progress towards your goals.
Accountability and Support: I will provide a supportive, confidential and non-judgmental environment where you feel comfortable discussing your challenges and progress. Through regular coaching sessions, we will work together to ensure you hold to your commitments and will provide encouragement and guidance throughout your journey.
